Delta-innovation was founded in 2005 by Dr Steve Webster. His aims were to bring together academic and applied expertise and to harness the benefits of adopting multi-disciplinary approaches to the challenges faced within the agricultural, fisheries and food sectors.

Steve had previously completed his PhD at the University of Reading and held roles as a post-doctoral researcher with the University of Oxford, a science consultant with ADAS and a project manager within a consortium of agricultural colleges.

He has since taken interim roles as acting head of the Pasture Fed Livestock Association and as a specialist Brexit Advisor to the Government of Jersey.

Through Delta-innovation Steve has developed long-standing partnerships with other specialist consultancies including Chronos Sustainability, Cumulus Consultants and Tautenay.
